1. Scope
These terms apply to inquiries and orders under the Displayhero brand. Your contracting party is Advintage UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Teutonenweg 38d, 22453 Hamburg, Germany. Our offer is exclusively for businesses acting in their commercial or professional capacity within the meaning of section 14 BGB. We do not sell to consumers.
2. Inquiries and contract formation
Product descriptions and concept images are non-binding. Submitting an inquiry is free and does not place an order. A contract is formed only when you accept our individual quote or we confirm your order. An acknowledgment of your inquiry is not an order confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
The individual quote sets out the binding prices, payment terms and shipping costs. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude any applicable VAT. Payment is due on the agreed terms.
4. Specification and approval
Dimensions, material, load capacity, fittings, design and any samples are agreed for each project. You review the specifications and print files submitted for approval. Production starts after order confirmation and the agreed approvals. Subsequent changes require a separate agreement.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates, destination, shipping method, packaging and any assembly services are agreed in the quote or order confirmation. General information on the website is not a binding delivery commitment.
6. Warranty and cancellation rights
Statutory warranty rights apply. Where applicable, commercial buyers are subject to the inspection and notification duties under section 377 HGB. As our offer is exclusively for businesses, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
7. Retention of title and governing law
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where legally permissible, the courts of Hamburg have jurisdiction. Individual agreements take precedence over these terms.
