How it works

From inquiry to delivery.

We plan the structure and artwork, agree sampling and approval, and coordinate production, inspection and delivery. A description of your project is enough to get started.

Your project in four stages

From the initial brief to the agreed specification.

  1. Inquiry

Tell us about the product, location, display quantity and preferred timing. We clarify undecided details together.

    • Product dimensions, weight and photos or drawings
    • Specify the number of displays and items per display separately
    • Footprint, period of use, destinations and preferred date

OutcomeAn agreed brief with requirements and open questions.

  2. Design and quote

We agree the structure, materials and artwork. The quote sets out the specification, quantity and scope.

    • Sketch, dimension drawing or 3D view to suit the project scope
    • Agree materials, product holders and printed areas
    • Account for development, tooling, samples and logistics in the quote

OutcomeA design and quote for the agreed scope.

  3. Sampling and approval

You review the structure and artwork. An agreed sample helps check fit and handling before series production.

    • Agree the sample type, review scope, cost and timing
    • Review product fit, loading and assembly with the sample
    • Approve the design version and artwork before series production

OutcomeAn approved specification as the basis for series production.

  4. Production and delivery

The series is produced after approval and checked against the agreed criteria. Packaging and delivery are coordinated.

    • Check dimensions, function, finishes and loading to the agreed inspection plan
    • Carry out assembly, filling and protective packing as ordered
    • Agree assembly information, delivery addresses and transport

OutcomeThe agreed specification, packaging and delivery.

Sampling

What you can review before production

The useful documents and samples depend on your display. Scope, costs and timing are agreed in the quote.

Sketch or 3D view

Purpose

Review the shape, product layout and branding areas visually.

What we agree

Views, design version and required changes. Dimensions and technical specifications are defined separately.

Dimension drawing and artwork

Purpose

Define dimensions, components, product holders and printed areas.

What we agree

Materials, dimensions, graphics and version. Production uses the approved specification.

Physical sample

Purpose

Check fit, assembly, product access and the agreed load in practice.

What we agree

Sampled components, materials, printing and review scope, plus costs and shipping. Differences from the eventual series are recorded.

Quality

Checks suited to the design

Inspection criteria, scope and documentation are agreed for each project, based on the approved specification.

Dimensions and components

Compare dimensions, materials and connections with the drawing. For multi-part displays, this includes how the components fit together.

Function and loading

Check product fit, access and stability. Depending on the design, this can include hooks, rotating mechanisms, doors or a load test with the agreed contents.

Finishes and printed graphics

Check print positions, branding areas, finishes and workmanship against the approval. Color references and visible areas are agreed in advance.

Assembly and packaging

Check assembly, accessories and packaging for completeness and suitability for the agreed delivery format. Sensitive surfaces and edges are considered.

These areas provide a basis for the inspection plan. Specific measurements, inspection quantities and records are agreed before production.

Assembly and delivery

Information for use on site

The required information is matched to the delivery format and assembly process. Depending on the project, it can include:

Assembly and handling

Assembly instructions and guidance on components, connections and loading suited to the design.

Photos and videos

Images of the sample, assembly or packaging within the agreed documentation scope.

Packing and delivery allocation

Agreed packing units, labeling and allocation to the intended recipients.

Production and transport in the schedule

We plan design, questions, agreed sampling, approval, manufacture and transport. The requested arrival date is confirmed after review; production time is only one part of the schedule.
