Your project inquiry
When you contact us, we use your contact information, project details and any files to process your inquiry and communicate with you. Please only send documents needed for your project. Links to your documents are included in the inquiry.
Submitted inquiries and attachments are stored in the protected project inbox on the server. Only authenticated administrators can access them. When email notifications are configured, the inquiry is also sent to our project team.
Technical operation
Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes technical access data such as IP address, browser, page requested and time of access. Supabase stores submitted inquiries and attachments in an access-controlled database and file storage. Emails are sent through IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Technical operation and abuse prevention are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
These service providers receive the data needed to provide their services. Processing outside the EU or EEA is possible, particularly with Vercel and Supabase. For information about recipients and the providers’ safeguards for international transfers, see their privacy and data processing terms:
Purpose and legal bases
We process project inquiries and orders under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Communication with a company’s representatives is based on our legitimate interest in the business relationship under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Required form fields are necessary to handle your inquiry. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention
We retain inquiries and files only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, fulfil an order or protect legitimate interests. They are then deleted unless statutory retention duties apply. Records required under commercial or tax law are retained for the applicable statutory period.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Admin sign-in
Signing in to the admin area sets a technically necessary session cookie. It protects access, cannot be read by JavaScript and expires after eight hours. Signing out removes it. Public pages do not set this authentication cookie.
Local inquiry draft
The inquiry assistant keeps your entries in this browser’s session storage so they remain available between steps and languages. Files are not stored there. Use “Discard draft” to clear your entries; the draft is also removed after a successful submission.
Fonts, images and tracking
Fonts and product images are served locally by this website. This project version has no active marketing pixels, analytics providers or embedded third-party videos.
Cookie notice and settings
Selecting “Got it” dismisses the cookie notice. Only then do we save the local entry “displayhero.cookie-notice.v1” with a version number and timestamp in your browser. It is not sent to the server and contains no user ID. The notice appears again after 180 days; expired entries are removed on your next visit. If your browser blocks storage, dismissal applies only to the current page session.
Dismissing the notice is not consent to marketing or analytics. These services are not currently installed. You can reopen this information at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button below.
The functional storage described here supports the features you request (section 25(2)(2) of Germany’s TDDDG). Where personal data is involved, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. External links, such as LinkedIn, only send data to the destination website when you click them.
