Frequently asked questions about displays
Answers about planning, materials, artwork, prices and delivery.
Answers: 13
What do I approve before series production?
The structure, materials and artwork are approved with a clearly identified version. Quantity, features, packaging and schedule are also agreed. Later changes are reviewed for technical, pricing and timing implications.
How are the displays inspected?
Inspection criteria are agreed for the approved design. They can cover dimensions, connections, finishes, function, product loading and packaging. The scope and documentation are agreed for the project.
What information will I receive for assembly?
We agree assembly instructions, component identification and loading guidance for the delivery format. Photos or videos can be added by agreement. The required scope is defined before production.
What information helps with the first inquiry?
Tell us about the product, location, approximate number of displays and preferred timing. Dimensions, weight, pictures and existing artwork also help. Mark undecided details as unsure in the assistant.
Is there a fixed minimum order?
Minimum quantity and practical production runs are reviewed for each project
How is the price of a display calculated?
Construction, material, dimensions, printing, production run and logistics all contribute. Development and sample costs may also apply. Your quote sets out the agreed scope clearly.
Do I need finished artwork?
No. You can supply a logo, brand guidelines, references or an idea and select design support. Technical artwork requirements are agreed for the construction.
Which files can I upload?
Upload one PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF file up to 3 MB per selected section in the inquiry assistant. Add a sharing link for other formats or larger files.
Can I request a sample?
Sample or prototype by agreement; scope, cost and timing set out in the quote
How much weight can a display support?
Load capacity is specified for the actual construction. State the weight of each product, quantity per shelf and intended use. A concept image does not establish a general load rating.
How long do production and delivery take?
Timing depends on construction, sampling, material availability, quantity and destination. We review your deadline and agree the schedule in the quote.
Can displays go to multiple addresses?
Tell us how many locations and countries are involved and any retailer requirements. Multi-address rollouts are reviewed for packaging, allocation, scheduling and costs.
Does an inquiry place an order?
No. The assistant first submits your brief. The specification and order are subsequently agreed through an individual quote.
